The large kitchen features oak cabinets and granite countertops, fully equipped for preparing your favorite meals. Enjoy dining together in the open area or step outside onto the lakeside deck to eat alfresco while soaking up the peaceful surroundings.
The living room is designed for both relaxing and entertaining, with a cozy stone gas fireplace and comfortable seating perfect for family gatherings or quiet evenings. The open, airy layout connects the living and dining spaces seamlessly, creating a welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring the Finger Lakes.
This vacation home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. Two bedrooms are located on the entry level, including a master suite with a king bed and a bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed—ideal for families with children. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms with king and queen beds, plus four bathrooms spread throughout the home for your convenience.
Outside, the expansive deck overlooks the lake and offers plenty of space for dining, lounging, or enjoying a sunset cocktail. The gradual, sandy entry into the lake makes swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding easy and safe for all ages. Highlights: bird-watching/wildlife viewing from the deck and living room! Spacious gathering areas. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds.Lowlights: while the primary bedroom suite was quite spacious, the other bedrooms ranged from small to cramped; this was not apparent in the photos. There is some mold in the basement, not uncommon in lake homes, but it discouraged us from using the ping pong table. The home is older than it appears in photos and needs some maintenance and updating (especially the carpets.)

This was a lovely house just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 6, but could easily fit more people. The only downside was the property by the lake. It was overgrown and not well cared for. If it had been summer there’d be nowhere to sit and enjoy the lake without sitting amongst the weeds.
