About this villa rental
On a property of 4000m2, the house of 180m2 is composed of:
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, living room and toilet. The living room opens onto a large wooden terrace with a dining set for 8 people, a barbecue, a brazier and a fountain
1st: 3 bedrooms with double bed, a first bathroom, a laundry area, and a suite of 40 m2 composed of a relaxation area with sauna, a second large bathroom with spa bath, double sink and large walk-in shower, as well as a bedroom with electric bed 2X90X200.
This space opens onto a heated swimming pool of 6m50x3m50 under shelter (essential in Brittany). Possibility of opening it according to the time or on the contrary to be able to benefit without leaving it, and with ambient temperature. A second terrace makes it possible to benefit from this space with living room in resin braided for 10 people.

Ideally located and close to many sites (1 hour from St-Malo, 40 minutes from Dinan, Bréhat and Trégastel), this villa, located in a rural setting but very close to the city center of St-Brieuc (5 minutes), shops (2 minutes) and beaches (5 minutes), will meet your expectations.

This is our main residence. Parties are not allowed and for questions of tranquility of the neighborhood, we do not wish to host groups of young people.
Two cats live in the villa. They will not come back if you do not want to, but we will be grateful to feed them in our absence. We also have Ouessant sheep, but you will not need to take care of it.
The linen is offered for any stay of two weeks minimum.
