Very spacious farmhouse completely free located large sunny terrace, sauna and stream

A very large house beautifully situated on a clearing in the woods at the foot of the Ballon de Servance in the vicinity of the Ballon d'Alsace. The house has no less than 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with wood stove, a sitting room with 2 large sofas and a dining room / sitting room with a large fireplace. The house is on the south and west side with large terraces which lie in the sun all day. The garden consists of a playground with fire pit and borders a bustling mountain stream; where children like to play / swim and make dams all day long. Next to the house there is a bakehouse with an old bread oven where wood-fired pizza and bread can be baked.
In the garden next to the stream is a log cabin with a wood-fired sauna, afterwards you can dip in the mountain stream. In the evening you can make a fire in the garden and with a bit of luck you can see an infinite number of stars.
Beautiful hiking trails and mountain bike trails run from the house into the forests and mountains
A village with a bakery can be found 4 km away. A supermarket and a beautiful old-fashioned butcher shop are located at 8 km (Servance )and at 12 km in Thillot you can go to a large supermarket.
In the vicinity are the mountain tops "balloons" in which winter is skied (30 min to Ventron / la Bresse) and in summer a lot of cycling is done.
It is worth a day trip (50km) to Alsace with its picturesque villages, vineyards and castles. Furthermore Mulhouse with its famous car museum or zoo is a nice destination.
