The views are beautiful (the lake). The chalet was also well maintained, and accommodated our group size very well (5 adults). The chalet als provides the basic things like cutlery, cooking materials and kitchen. However, you have to be prepared for your own specific needs like oil for cooking, salt and pepper, blow dryer, towels, hand soap, toiletries, etc.
The beds were nice, however we find the pillows uncomfortable. One of us had a neck pain after. However this is not a real deal breaker, and we still recommend the place to stay.

The personal is very friendly and when you get the possibility to talk to them in person they are very reactif. It is very well located to reach the ski areas In summer it must be perfect with the little lake in front of the Mobil home
-At arrival no baby seat was put in our Mobil home although I phoned the day before to ask for it.. Our child is too young to sit on a normal chair by himself so the dinner was not very relaxed -Reception was closed on the 1st of January no possibility to ask any questions not even by phone -We would have needed a second duvet for the double bed but we got informed that in general no spare duvet is available for guests -There were two covers for the sofa but they were first of all not warm enough to use them to sleep and they were not very clean -it is mentioned that the kitchen is equipped with an ofen but it is actually a little microwave with a functionality to use it as an ofen... But due to the size no pizza for example can be prepared and no manual is available to explain the functionalities

La situation géographique et la vue, la propreté du chalet, le nombre de chambres (3 + un salon), la grande salle de bain du bas (parfait pour faire sécher les affaires de ski) et la petite à l'étage, l'accueil très chaleureux.
Il manque des équipements qui, selon moi, sont nécessaires : par exemple, un four dans la cuisine (nous nous sommes fait avoir, car certains plats que nous avions prévus n’ont pas pu être cuisinés), un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain, des verres à bière (plus sympa pour déguster les produits locaux :-) ) et une rallonge, car je pense que de nombreuses personnes doivent venir avec leur appareil à raclette ou à fondue.
