The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building in the heart of the historic center of Alghero, in front of the dome of San Michele,
It is in an excellent position to reach all the sites of major interest. The historic center is characterized by its medieval streets rich in history and character. The center is almost entirely pedestrian and hosts bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds.
The seaside promenade, a meeting place for pleasant walks in summer, is just around the corner. The sea is 150 meters away and you can go down under the ramparts to take a swim 100 meters from the house. The beach is also within walking distance. For the more distant beaches there is a bus stop nearby. Two supermarkets are close to the house.
Space:
It consists of a large living-dining room, a comfortable kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom. The apartment is characterized by being very bright and airy. The view is on the church and the dome of San Michele.

Siamo partiti dalla città stanchi, prenotando "last minute" volo e casa. La soluzione si è rivelata ottimale per le nostre esigenze: Alghero è molto bella, le spiagge ed i dintorni stupendi. L'appartamento è molto carino: ben arredato, centralissimo e molto luminoso. La zona notte è orientata sul retro del palazzo, silenzioso. La zona giorno è aperta sulla splendica cupola a mosaico della chiesa di San Michele e a pochi passi da ogni cosa: bastioni, lungomare, negozi, supermercati, mercato, ristoranti nonché dalla fermata del "beach bus", servizio di trasporto con le più suggestive spiagge del litorale. Considerata la posizione decisamente strategica, abbiamo rinunciato a noleggiare auto o scooter. Davide, il padrone di casa, si è dimostrato persona presente ma molto garbata, disponibile per ogni occorrenza. Esperienza da replicare! Gianluca e Barbara

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Alghero verbracht, dank unserem Vermieter, der sehr hilfsbereit und nett war und uns zudem mit wertvollen Tipps versorgte, von denen einer ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist: Für alle, die gern und gut italinisch essen ist "Al vecchio mulino" sehr zu empfehlen - befindet sich ebenfalls direkt in der Altstadt und ist ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen!!!
Die Wohnung war sehr nett, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit in den Küchenschränken, sowie im Kühlschrank etwas zu wünschen übrig!
