This house is located less than 1 mile from interstate I295. Very safe and central location 5 minutes away from all places of interest in Jacksonville. All Jacksonville's beaches within 20 minutes. Fully remodeled. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a King bed, Dresser and Mirror, a night stand table lamp and ceiling fan with globe light. Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, night stand, chest drawer, table lamp, ceiling fan with globe light. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed a night stand, chest drawer, table lamp, and ceiling fan with globe light. It is a 1650 square feet house. Dining room, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms and living room have new laminated wood floors. Separate working area for businessmen with desk chair and table lamp. Two car garage attached.
Patio is full screened and six chairs with comfortable cushions. A charcoal grill is also provided for Barbecue. A 3 ton air condition unit is installed on 21st, July 2017. Kitchen contains Stainless steel appliances.
Laundry room has cloth washer and dryer.
Jacksonville Jaguar football arena/stadium is only 10 minutes away. All brand name
restaurants and Mall pretty close.
Fire instigusaher and first aid kit is located in the kitchen.

Property was beautiful! Grill was great for the guys and I. Movies and DVD player were provided. Just a great place!

The house was nice and clean once we finally found it. Directions in GPS were confusing. The garage smelled of cat urine and the back yard fence was partially down. There was a dog that barked quite a bit when I tried to nap.

The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Bedding was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Master shower needs more force and water coming from it. Front storm door locking mechanism is corroded thus very hard to open it up. Screens
In porch all the screens were broken and totally loose. Great washer and dryer. Not a fancy house but good enough for a week stay.
