The house is very roomy, clean and we all felt comfortable in the neighborhood. It’s close to many accommodations that if you need a quick run to the store, restaurants, and entertainment it’s all there within 10 minutes away

Bedroom tv , no antenna or cable . One bedroom supposedly had 2 beds but only one in each room .

We originally planned to meet up with family in Jacksonville and attend a wedding. It turns out that only my wife and I were able to make it so it was a much bigger place than we needed but we didn't know it until we had booked the place. This is a full size house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived we had no problem getting in, but there was no welcome letter or indication of wifi. We contacted the host and we immediately received an electronic version. The house is exactly as presented, but there were some things missing which we expected. There was a coffee maker, but no tea or coffee. There were plenty of utensils but only two teaspoons in the mix. We had brought our own tea bags so we decided to microwave some cups of water, but discovered the microwave was not completely cleaned. There was a tissue box cover in one of the rooms, but no facial tissue in the entire house. While the house in general was very clean there were some signs of neglect such as big red stain in the carpet in the living room, broken screens in the back porch, and a hot surface warning light that was always lit on the cooktop. I looked for a pan to cook breakfast in the morning and discovered many beat up teflon pans near the sink. I did discover a really nice stainless steel pan which we used for my breakfast. Our bed was very comfortable. The towels and linens were clean and smelled fresh. There was plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Shower was clean, big and worked great.

The house and the size of the house is great. However, it needs lots of improvements. The carpet is filthy with stains all through the house. The walls and baseboards need a major cleaning and could use a fresh coat of paint. The mattress in the purple bedroom is horrible and needs to be replaced. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and has a piece of wood under the cushions to keep you from going to the floor. I feel that with a few improvements this house would be a good place to stay.
