This fully furnished & equipped lower unit has a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, linens, Cable Smart TV & Wi-fi. Spilt unit A/C and central heat. Its within walking to restaurants, Parkview Cafe, Brazills, Larry's Wings. Near Portage Pie, Banks, library, park, antiques, grocery, and more. An 11 mile drive to the CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION. Located in the WINE REGION there is even a LOCAL BREWERY nearby to visit. Golf, fishing, BARCELONA HARBOR BEACH, Lake Erie within 10 minutes. Timmermans' for produce and the Saturday Green Market. RATES: A minimum booking of 4 days will be accepted, if available. Discount rates available for weekly, monthly.

Beautiful property both inside and out. They put a lot of effort into the gardeneing to create a very peacefull surrounding. Inside bed icomfortable and large room and closet anddresser space. Kitchen is perfect and well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This is my second time staying at this property. I was as pleased this time as I was the first time. The property is kept immaculate and looks really nice all the time. The unit itself is always clean, tidy and in good repair. I plan to use this location as a permanent destination for my future visits to this area. I stayed here in May and the grape season had just begun. This stay was in October and the fall foliage season was fantastic. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends.

We enjoyed the view out the back window overlooking two big willow trees and grapevines in the distance. The porch was a wonderful feature with a table for dining and enjoying the outdoors.
