Quaint and it had every amenity one could think of. Such a perfect arrangement of space, too. Access from driveway to house was so nice and easy.
Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Deer grazing in the lawn. Love the mature trees too.

I was visiting relatives that live in Westfield and already had a full-house, so it was close and convenient.
This is VERY particular, but I am short and the sink in the bathroom is an elevated sink, with no way of someone less than 5’3” being able to comfortable maneuver. My suggestion would be to provide a small stool, that can be stored by the ironing board for those that don’t need it.
