Victorian 4BR( 1Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins) with 2 Baths, full modern kitchen and all kitchen utensils, washer & dryer
Two steps into cottage. Parking for one car at house level. Additional parking off road on the landing in back of the cottage.
Housekeeping cottage-bring your own sheets and towels. I will provide pillows and blankets.
Window air conditioners provided for all bedrooms and living room.
Covered porch and a large dock for reading, fishing, or relaxing.
Two kayaks provided for fun.
Close to Glenwood Pines Restaurant, Taughannock Park and the wine trail
Group size limited by owner's discretion. This is a family neighborhood and we do not allow large parties or reunions in consideration of our neighbors.
Professionally cleaned($160.00 fee)

Our stay was awesome! We had small grandchildren from almost one to 8 and this was the perfect place for them. There was a great beach just the right size and the older kids loved swimming out to the floating dock. The deck in front of the house is right on the water. I loved sitting out there every morning—it was so peaceful! The kids loved the family of ducks that came around twice a day! Frank and Gail, the owners, were so welcoming and we all loved their dog Rocky who played in the water with the kids. The house was so clean with a big kitchen and living room. The bedrooms were great and the air conditioning was perfect with all the 85 degree days. We are definitely going back. It was the perfect week.

Perfect for our family and small gathering of friends for Graduation Potluck celebration. Grads prepared food for party in nice kitchen and ate out on dock.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week! The location is beautiful! Gail and Frank were wonderful hosts, very kind, attentive and helpful. We had some rain while we were there, and they were so thoughtful, offering us passes for a local museum. We didn't wind up using the passes though, as we were happy to sit on the beautiful porch and read and enjoy the rain (and a beautiful complete rainbow that appeared afterward)! The kids loved swimming in the lake and really enjoyed the floating dock. We will definitely plan on returning to this location! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful getaway, this the place for you!

The property is pure Ithaca. The house is on the water—so convienent for children. The proximity to Ithaca also helpful as we were there for family reasons. Our only concern is the house needs to be updated.
