About this house rental
Your vacation starts here! Little Silver Hart Cottage is for families,business or just wanting to get away. Our two-bedroom, one and a half bath two level home that can sleep up to six with a pull-out queen bed in the couch located in the downstairs family room. You can wake up to the morning sunrise overlooking the lake with a cup of coffee sitting in the screened in porch, or spend time on the sandy beach and enjoy the lake by kayaking, fishing or using the four-person paddle boat. We are on Hart Lake (also known as Little Silver Lake). It’s an all sports lake with tons of nature and gradual depth so it's great for kids. Enjoy the evening fires (wood included) making "S'more" family memories around the stoned fire pit. Manistee National Forest is just up the road for hiking, snowmobiling, or ATVs. The cottage is centrally located for those who wish to visit Cedar Point's Michigan's Adventure, Muskegon winter sports complex to enjoy the famous LUGE, or ice skate, snow shoe and cross country ski through trails.Muskegon state parks, and the farmers market located downtown with small retail shops to explore. We are also close to area restaurants, golf courses, disc golf, breweries,shopping, grocery stores, churches, theaters, and close to the Blue Lake fine art camp. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood that has all the amenities of home with fresh linens, bath/beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. We have high speed internet, WiFi to work away from home or to view the U tube app on rocku we provide for those who wanting just to stay in and relax. There are board games and a foosball table for rainy days, as well as yard and sand toys for the ones wanting to be spent outside. Little Silver Hart Cottage is a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. See you soon!there is camera use on front yard facing driveway and back deck facing doorway! We shut off cameras on back deck during guest stay for privacy. The front camera remains on for security reasons only. This property is only for 6 guests or less.

Perfect place for a quiet and relaxing long weekend. Plenty of things to do at the lake house and lots of option within 1/2 hour drive. The house was set up perfectly and easy to manage with labels on cupboards and light switches. The little details like this are great. Would recommend booking a stay here.

Randy and Cindy, we can’t thank you enough for the great communication prior to our arrival and your thoughtfulness. Your home has such a relaxing vibe - just what we needed. The screened in porch with the gentle breeze made it a perfect place to enjoy the evening. We also had fun playing foosball and would definitely choose to stay again when we’re in the area.

Very cute property! Host was very responsive and kind. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Really nice selection of stuff for the kids (toys, coloring, games, foosball). Deck is beautiful with a great grill area. Scenery is lovely with lots of cool turtles, fish and birds. It's more of a natural lake beach (as described!) but the kids had fun wading out and fishing off the dock. They do a nice job of keeping the sand clean. Close to Michigan Adventure
