The property was great for what we needed, plenty of space and comfort. We could have used one more mirror somewhere in the house, and the basement bathroom, while appreciated, was a little spooky.

The place was ok. Not worth the price though. Definitely not as nice as the listing photos. Not very family friendly, with the stairs and loose screws coming out of the vents and fireplace. Neighbor hood is a bit meh. The backyard fence had a giant hole that we didn’t discover until our dogs got out. Expensive pet fee for not being able to use the backyard. Was told when I checked out that I should have let them know to fix it, but should have been checked before I got there. There is also a dirty creepy basement that they deliberately avoid showing in the photos. Floors were dirty and dead bugs in all the windows. Bathroom door kept getting stuck closed. Pretty clear they did some cheap DIY fixes to be able to rent this place out. Would not rent again. I’d look elsewhere if you have dogs and a family.
