About this house rental
Beautiful modular home on canal leading to the St. John's River. On a quiet cul de sac. All amenities you need. Large entertainment deck, boat docking, very comfortable and spacious 3bd 2ba with wi-fi and great fishing. The place is very clean.
We have a community boat ramp. We have parking on property for 2-3 vehicles, we also have secured trailer parking for one trailer, 9additional trailer parking may be available during certain times, please inquire.
We enjoy sharing our home to families and are not interested in renting to companies looking to house workers.
We ask for a 3-day minimum if staying without a boat. If you would like to stay with a boat, we ask for a five-day minimum OR request an additional $75. We do our best to make our guests comfortable and enjoy sharing our home. We store our boat at the bulkhead this leaves plenty room to tie off another boat however if you want us to remove our boat it is a $100 fee. If you bring an additional boat (2 boats total) we ask for a $75 fee. Trailer storage $50 one-time fee for each trailer you store during your stay.
This home has an outdoor security camera used only for security purposes.

We rented this home to be close to my fathers for
Thanksgiving. The home is very clean. The deck is nice to go out on during the early mornings to watch the sun come up and to watch the sun go down. The deck is huge!
I would recommend this home and thank you to James and Tanya for sharing their home with us.
It did take us a couple days to figure out what Corky Bells was. Lol

Cleanest, neatest place I’ve rented in a while! Super nice hosts! Quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight! Overall a perfect non-worrisome trip. Lots of fishing!

I read the reviews preceding my booking and I can not really expound any better than the nine reviews before mine. Every word is absolute truth and if you value great people and super digs, while you’re in Florida, you’ve found the right place. The homeowners are awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we return to this area. Very very very pleased with our choice to book this property.

I've given the property listing a low rating as result of the fact the listing photo does not effectively portray the excellence of the host's top notch property.
It's a giant, well furnished, well equipped and laid out spotless home. Everything needed is in place and in A1 condition.
... and the host is as accommodating and pleasant as can be.
