About this house rental
This lovely holiday home is located in the little village of Näs, on the border between Dalsland and Värmland. It is set in scenic surroundings, only 100 metres from lake Västra Silen. The house is set on a dairy farm with 20 cows. It is surrounded by pastures, fields, and woodlands. Chances are you will spot elk, deer, and foxes in the neighbourhood! The house features a light and airy kitchen equipped with a dining table and the basic amenities. Next to the kitchen, there's a spacious living room . The bottom floor also features a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub, and a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find another living room and another bedroom with two beds. There's another two beds in the annex, 10 metres from the main building. The owner appreciates advance notice if you wish to use the annex. Electric motor for the boat is available for rent for a weekly price paid on site to the homeowner. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and lake Västra Silen is only 100 metres away. A rowing boat is included in the rent. Why not go for a fishing trip, the lake is well known for it's excellent fishing water, with pike, bass, and salmon. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! The beautiful nature reserve Glasskogsreservatet is only 40 kilometres away. There's a golf course about 15 kilometres from the house. The Norwegian border is only 40 kilometres away. Welcome to Näs!

This holiday home was a decent choice for our trip, It offered enough space for our group of six, with bedrooms and living areas that were well laid out, The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, which made cooking simple, The proximity to the lake for fishing was a definite plus, While the decor was a bit dated, everything was clean and functional, Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quiet retreat in nature without any frills,

A lovely getaway! The house is charming and clean, with a cozy atmosphere, The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, We also enjoyed grilling outside in the backyard, The location is peaceful, just what we were looking for,
