What if I need to cancel: In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Property clean. Good location could walk to beach. Plenty amenities. Swimming pool a plus. Minor maintenance issue promptly handled. Pleased with working with Wilgus. This was our 10th year renting this property. Looking forward to returning next year.

On the positive side, the house was clean and plenty of card and board games and sport equipment for adults. The location is first-rate - quiet and about 1/2 mile from the beach. The pool was 200 feet from the front door. Two blocks from the library. On the negative side, while the furniture is old, the coffee maker and microwave are especially old and need replacing. The pool was not working for three days. We found out about it when my 7 yr old daughter walk to the pool and saw a "closed" sign. This should have been communicated to us via phone, text or email. When I asked Wilgus the mgr stated that the property mgr does most of the maintenance and communication. However renters are told to contact Wilgus. When I asked whether there are other public pools in the area, Wilgus was unhelpful. On the 4th day we went to pool because it was suppose to be repaired but the door was locked. I therefore had to contact Wilgus about the continued pool closure. They sent someone out and we were let into the pool an hour later.
