Holiday cottage located in the attractive Munkens Klit just south of Løkken. The house is large and spacious and decorated in good personal style with living room/open kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest bathroom with shower and open south/west facing terrace. Moreover, between the house and carport is a completely undisturbed, sheltered southern terrasse. The owner's sense of high quality and beautiful details can be seen throughout the house. The living room is beautifully furnished and decorated, and all the interior is of high quality. The plot is a large dune plot and access to the sea and beach is along landscaped path through the area. From both plot and terrace there are views of the dunes. For children there are swings, sandbox and playhouse. To keep energy costs to a minimum there is an air-to-air heat pump. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
