Well-kept and spacious cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located close to Løkken town and the beautiful white beach. In the indoor pool and whirlpool there is the opportunity for play and cozy togetherness. In connection with the pool area there is a bathroom with access to the sauna. There is underfloor heating in the pool area. The cottage is well decorated. Central to the house is the kitchen in connection with the dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with i.a. microwave and dishwasher. The living room is well furnished with TV and wood burning stove. There are four bedrooms with good beds and well with closet space and loft. The house is particularly suitable for both one and two families. In addition, the house is equipped with energy-saving heat pumps and solar heating, which ensures minimal heating costs. The plot is well screened with planting with two terraces, one of which faces southwest and the other small morning terrace faces east. The garden is ideal for play, barbecue and fun for the whole family. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The city offers restaurants, cafes and many activities such as Action House and Vest Event, where both young and old can have really good experiences. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
