About this house rental
An estate from 1784 made into a holiday home. The house is located on a large plot in Toftum, with an open terrace on the south side. Enjoy dinner under the open sky or soak up the sun on a lovely summer day. The kitchen and dining room is openly connected. There is wood-burning stoves in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The two single beds can be combined into one bed. The house is bright with a traditional furnishing. Low ceiling.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

We had a delightful stay! The garden area is beautifully maintained, and the BBQ setup made for some great evening cookouts, The wood-burning stove added a cozy vibe to our nights,

The house was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the ceiling was very low and for a guy like me (around 2m tall) it was not possible to stand up straight in most areas of the house. It would have been nice if it would have been mentioned in the description.
Next, the house was very cold. We needed to use all the heaters avaible to warm up the house. Also, the water in the shower was only warm for a few minutes. It stayed cold for the rest of the time.
For the price, it was okay. But it was not mentioned in the description, which is bad.
