About this house rental
A holiday cottage with a thatched roof, located on a large, sheltered natural plot within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The house has a spacious living room with a view of the property and comfortable furniture and a fireplace that gives a warm atmosphere. From the living room you can access the wooden terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the scenery from the furniture. There is an outdoor shower.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The holiday cottage was a wonderful escape! The spacious living room, complete with a fireplace, created such a cozy atmosphere, I loved sipping coffee on the wooden terrace while enjoying the beautiful views, The outdoor shower was a unique touch that added to the charm of this place, Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Das Haus ist mit einer Belegung von 2-3 Personen perfekt, vielleicht mit 4. Mit den beschriebenen 6 Personen ist es unserer Meinung zu klein + zu eng. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön ruhig und der Blick von der Terrasse ganz toll. Eine Fahrt mit der Fähre nach Sylt ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen, auch einen Besuch im Fiskshop im Hafen von Romo. Die drei Supermärkte auf Romo haben alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir mochten das. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für diese Zeit gut, im Sommer wäre uns das Haus zu teuer. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für das Ein- und Ausschalten der Fußbodenheizung wäre gut gewesen.
