About this house rental
Architect-designed quality cottage with stunning views towards the dunes and sea. The floors in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways are of a special type of Indian slate. The "warm" glow in this material is supported by the tasteful carpets and underfloor heating throughout. The installed heat pump helps reduce power consumption during your stay. The furnishings in the living room is matched to the room, including a large leather sofa in colours to match the flooring. Moreover, there are large windows and bright walls making the room bright and friendly. Well equipped kitchen with cooking island with ceramic hobs which are set in a granite countertop. In the bathroom, the whirlpool is partially submerged in the white marble floor. From this room there is access to the sauna. Washer and dryer are built into the white cabinet components. All around the house there are large terraces overlooking the very hilly dune area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Dem ansonsten gut ausgestatteten Haus mangelt es unserer Meinung nach an Beleuchtung. Speziell im Bereich des Esstisches gibt es keine Lampe. Das Wohnzimmer hat lediglich eine indirekte, dämmerige Deckenbeleuchtung in den Holzbalken, die aber nach oben strahlt. / Spielen oder Lesen am Esstisch ist ab einbrechender Dämmerung nicht möglich.
