About this house rental
Well maintained holiday home with sauna and whirlpool in the house. Located just 200 m from the wide North Sea beach at Søndervig. The house is slightly elevated, with a beautiful view to Ringkøbing Fjord. It was built here in 1928, and the original renovation in 2005 has retained its original style. At the same time, the facility corresponds to the total of 155 m & # 178; large living space of modern standard and the expectations of today's holiday guests. On the ground floor open kitchen / living area with dining table and homelike ambience. Bright living area with great views. In addition, larger bedroom with 1DB and large bathroom with sauna and Jacuzzi below. On the upper floor there is a TV room with access to a balcony with sea view and two further, spacious bedrooms, both with a double bed and view of the surrounding dune landscape. In front of the house there is a large, sheltered patio area for sunny days. From this front terrace you have a small path access to a sheltered Kuhle in the dunes. Behind the house is a well screened terrace with evening sun. From there you have access to the dune plot with views to the North Sea. The cottage is quiet and nicely secluded on a good 1500 m & # 178; large plot in the dune landscape. Here you live nice for yourself and yet not far from the village. No rental to youth groups desired! A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
