Low energy holiday cottage located on Holmsland Klit between Søndervig and Hvide Sande in one of the most attractive resorts with a few minutes walk to Ringkøbing Fjord on one side and the always breathtaking North Sea on the other. In 2008 the house was renovated, including having a geothermal system installed so that all heat and water in the swimming pool is heated by this system. A very economical house with low operating costs for the tenant. In 2008 the kitchen was modernised with new appliances in open plan with the living room with a wood-burning stove, 37" large flat screen TV with German channels, bright colours on the walls and direct access to the large terrace. The living room has access to the separate area with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna where, no matter the season, you will spend several hours. There are 2 terraces, one facing east and one facing southwest. Here you can enjoy morning and evening sun and not least the stunning views of Ringkøbing Fjord.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
