This fantastically located pool house, just a few minutes' walk from the center of Søndervig, is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. Located in scenic surroundings, only 100 meters from the water, this house offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience. With a plot of 2000 square meters and a house area of 190 square meters, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.
The house was built in 1989 and underwent an extensive renovation in 2025, ensuring modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Indoors you will find two bathrooms, both equipped with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating, making it comfortable to use them, even on the coldest days.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with a capacity of 80 liters. For the little ones, there is a cot and high chair available, so the whole family can feel at home.
