7 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Large and spacious holiday cottage located in the southern part of Løkken approx. 3000 m from the town. No letting to youth and builder groups. The house has been modernised and maintained and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, four bedrooms (one in the annex), mezzanine, bathroom with underfloor-heating, guest toilet and open terrace facing south and a sheltered patio between the house and annex. The living room has an air-to-air heat pump that, along with the wood-burning stove, quickly and inexpensively heats the entire house. The decor is personal, Danish cottage style, tasteful and of good quality. There are, Nintendo Wii and PlayStation3. The south-facing patio between the house and the annex is the perfect place on warm summer days - sheltered from the wind and completely undisturbed surroundings in magnificent surroundings. The plot is slightly hilly dune plot, from where you can hear the ocean roar.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
