About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Agua Azul, completely rebuilt in 2017. This gorgeous, well-appointed 3 story home has 3 bedrooms, two on the second floor and a stunning third floor master suite. All bedrooms are equipped with king beds and private bathrooms. Each has a wide veranda looking out to the ocean with comfortable table or sitting areas. The woodwork is sumptuous. Made of rich, tropical wood in a deep brown. The wood is set off by all the lovely color accents in the home. Relax in the comfortable living room with the large flat screen TV, DVD and Sonos music system and free Wi-Fi. Lovely, private, walled garden and pool area. Fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats 6.
*Please note: the house is NOT suitable for children under 7 because of the open, tile staircase and steps into the sunken living room. *
Only a 1/2 block from the beach and 4 blocks to the town square, great location in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Our English speaking manager can help you enjoy the perfect vacation. We can help arrange individualized tours and excursions as well.

Our group, three couples, travel annually to different areas of Mexico. Casa Agua Azul is a beautifully decorated home with a great floorplan, and in a great location. It had several outside spaces to socialize or get away for quiet time. Access to the beach was a block away and the town square was about 4-5 blocks away. The stay was enjoyable and seamless, but a suggestion for improvement would be for a staff person to meet at the house upon arrival and/or to update some of the instructions in the 'house book.' Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely home:)

Three couples have now spent two vacations together in the beautiful Casa Agua Azul. The house is perfectly located close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the central town square. Whether lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails on the rooftop deck, reading quietly on one of several terraces, this house is a joy to inhabit. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen for breakfasts and a dinner at home one night. We are planning to return againnext January.

Starting to lose count of the number of times we have stayed here! As always, AbbeyDelSol has done a wonderful job in maintaining the property and taking care of details. I'm not a youtuber or anything but I posted a couple of videos of this wonderful home that pictures simply can't do justice. IF you are looking for wonderful outdoor space, privacy, pool, proximity to the beach. We had two couples who had never ventured off of the "all inclusive" vacations and now Agua Azul will be even more difficult to book as they fell in love with the town, house, and abbeydelsol as well.Good Eats: El Nicho, Mangata, Muelle Once, Punta Corcha, El Pirata, Pizza Nostra, Burger Underground, My Little Italy, YumYum Wok, My Little Pizza, Local Coffee Shop, La Choza Del Puerto. My wife is a Vegan with stomach issues. Puerto Morelos has THE BEST RESTERAUNTS AND LOTS OF NON-PROCESSED FOOD OPTIONS! Also, ask about services for in house cooking (Lidia is awesome!). Lastly, we have a great time playing Horse Shoes ON THE BEACH at 2pm on Thursdays with a bunch of ExPats next to My Paradise Beach Bar (500 ft from the home). Be there at 130.
