About this house rental
A well-maintained and modern holiday cottage suitable for use all year round, located in a peaceful and child-friendly area with approx. 80 metres to a lovely sandy beach. There is ocean view from the plot. Modern kitchen from 2008. TV-channels via Canal Digital. Sunroom with a sea view. A natural plot with a large yard and covered terrace. There is a sandbox, swings, football goal and playground equipment. You go fishing in the area. The house is close to Sjællands Odde that has a charming harbour with restaurants. 85 km to Copenhagen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
