About this house rental
A holiday cottage approx. 200 metres from the sea. The house is at an elevated location on a sloping plot with a garden. The annex is at the bottom of the garden, where you find a swing and sandbox. Enjoy long summer nights and barbecuing on the covered terrace. The area is famous for its nature.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

A delightful place to relax! The cozy living area and well-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable, We loved the proximity to the sea, and the kids had a blast playing in the sandbox, The hosts were friendly and accommodating, If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with nature close by, this is the spot!

Wir haben 2 schöne gemütliche Wochen hier verbracht, es ist sauber und ordentlich und alles da was man braucht, der gemütliche Kaminofen sorgt zusätzlich für eine hyggelich Atmosphäre. / Lediglich die Straße direkt vor dem Haus macht den Spaziergang oder das Radfahren etwas schwierig, Radwege gibt es eigtl.keine.
