Well-furnished holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna. From the elevated terrace facing west you have a small view of the ocean and great views of the dune area; a perfect location for enjoying the sunset. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and an annex with double bed. The bathroom has whirlpool and underfloor heating and the other bathroom has access to the sauna. Both indoor and outside the house is very well-kept with modern furnishings in traditional Danish cottage style. There is a heat pump and wood-burning stove for low-cost heating. One of the many terraces is almost a patio as it is enclosed by house and annex. The house is located on a very hilly dune plot approx. 700 m from the ocean and beach in scenic surroundings south of Løkken. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
