About this house rental
Modern holiday cottage with whirlpool located at Grønhøj Strand. Tasteful, personal furnishings and large, bright rooms. The house was renovated in 2014 and has open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, mezzanine and a bathroom. The furnishings and layout is typical Danish cottage style with a large living area which is very bright due to the large window sections. From the living room you have access to the enclosed south/west-faced terrace. The open plot with lawn has swings, sandpit and slide as well as a football goal.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Spacious and clean, The location is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, The terrace was a highlight for summer BBQs, We were 6 people and had more than enough space, A bit of a drive to Aalborg but well worth it for the serenity, The host was friendly and helpful, overall a solid choice,

Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es genug. Wer mit Kindern anreist dem ist eine Empfehlung in Farup Sommerland nichts entgegen zu setzen. Bäcker in Saltum Menny Markt oder Superbrugsen Lökken. / Rutbjerg Knude die Wanderdüne, in Lönstrup das kleine Romantische Künstlerdörfchen mit der leckeren Eisdiele. / Hirthals, Skagen, Friederickshaven, Aalborg. es gibt reichlich....

Die Ausstattung, die ruhige Lage. der Fußmarsch zum Strand beträgt allerdings ca. 20-25 Minuten lohnt sich immer über wegen der wunderschönen Aussicht über Stransti 11 oder 12, ansonsten kann man ja mit dem Auto hin fahren.
