About this villa rental
Villa Cala is located in a small village of Slivari, near the town of Zminj.
Slivari are only 2 kilometers from Žminj which guarantees privacy, but also quick and easy access to all your daily needs.
This authentic Istrian house was built during the 19th century, and completely restored in 2007.
Only the best materials were used for restoration, starting with the oak parquet and handmade furniture.
Despite the restoration the Villa has maintained its warmth, and its distinctive and original appearance.
Villa has an area of 170 m² divided into two floors, and a garden with additional 1300 m² and separate parking space.
Villa Cala consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms are located on the first floor.
The ground floor consists of a large lobby, a toilet, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a modern kitchen with dining area. All the bedrooms, including the entrance hall and living room are equipped with air conditioning with options for both heating and cooling. The house also has free wi-fi.
In front of the house there is a large terrace with a table for six, and a beautiful lawn with a swimming pool with built-in night lights. There is also a barbecue made of the famous Istrian stone that follows the tradition of the former building tradition of this region, and behind the pool there is an authentic small Istrian house, known as a 'kazun'.

10 erholsame Tage in absolut ruhiger Umgebung! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat 3 renovierte bzw. gepflegte Bäder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter einen trockenen Platz auf der überdachten Terrasse. Herzlichen Dank für den leckeren Kuchen und für die kleinen Nettigkeiten! Samanta hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns hilfreiche Restauranttipps gegeben. Wir werden gerne nochmals nach Istrien kommen!

Wir, 2 Familien mit jeweils einer 13 jährigem Tochter, haben den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Haus sehr genossen. Samantha hat uns sehr gut eingewiesen und Tipps insbesondere zu Stränden gegeben, was wir toll fanden. Fußläufig ist es etwas einsam drum rum, aber in wenigen Fahrminuten ist Zminj mit Bäcker und Supermarkt erreicht. Leckeres Obst gab es beim Obststand.

Dejligt hus med en god beliggenhed i forhold til strand, aktiviteter mm - og langt væk fra alle de andre turister. Dejligt hus, perfekt til 6 voksne.

Wir waren vom 25.08-08.09.18 (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) in der Villa. Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht.
Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Due Hausbetreuerin ist ebenfalls sehr nett und bei Fragen zu erreichen.
Wir können die Villa mit vollen 5 Sternen weiterempfehlen.
