Villa Ladonja is a charming 3 bedroom stone Villa, with a private pool, located in the heart of Istria.
The house has a private fenced garden with flowers and greenery, a barbecue and an outside dining table.
Perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings, with delicious istrian wine, in tranquility, and under a star lit sky.
A private pool, sun shades, and sun beds with a view to the nature.
A dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with an inside fireplace, all decorated in the traditional Istrian style, with much comfort, are located on the bottom floor.
The bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with comfortable mattresses, and are very quiet, with windows overlooking the garden.
In 30 minutes drive, you can easily reach all the other parts of Istria, beaches, landscapes, events.
Enjoy in horse rides, biking, sight seeing, swimming...

We spent end of May our holiday for one week in this wonderful house. We enjoyed the superb surroundings, the fresh pool, the huge garden with table tennis and the comfortable house. Dino is a very helpful and attentive host. We certainly will come back.

We were very impressed when we arrived at 2.15am in the morning, after a long drive from Venice, to find our host waiting for us. We were very pleased with the villa, pool and large garden. It was clean and tidy and the flowers on the table and the eggs and wine were a lovely welcome. The hammock frame broke during our stay but Mr Zufic had it welded and back in the garden the next day! We were expecting a villa clean and change of bed linen during our stay but this did not happen. Towels and spare linen are provided in the wardrobes but we were disappointed not to have that service during our two week stay. Apart from that, we could not fault the villa. We had a wonderful family holiday and really enjoyed the pool and garden area. It is great there is also a table tennis table, badminton net and trampoline! We would recommend this lovely villa. If you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place to stay for peace and quiet in a lovely location. Thank you Familie Zufic!

This was a charming villa, in peaceful surroundings but not far from coast (30 mins) with local village 4km away. The villa is very well equipped, everything you could possibly need and the garden is brilliant with pool, table tennis etc. We've had a brilliant two weeks and would definitely choose to stay here again.
