About this house rental
Charming and well maintained holiday cottage located near the cozy lake. The house has a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the living room and family room you can sit and enjoy views of the garden through the large windows while enjoying the warmth of the wood-burning stove. Or you can also sit on the covered terrace while you enjoy the children playing in the sandpit or on the swings. The house is also equipped with three bedrooms, two with double bed and the last one with two single beds. Enjoy the cozy local restaurant from which you have a nice view of Kvie Sø.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
