4 star holiday home in Ansager

Det var ljust och fint, välutrustat kök. Stor fin välskött tomt, fint område. Saknade inget på boendet.

Vi ville utöka med en natt, det var ledigt enligt boknkngskalendern men enligt personalen som vi kontaktade fick vi inte förlänga en natt för boendet hade specifika utcheckningsdatum? Vilket var synd. Dubbelsängarna ngt smala (140cm)

key pick up at a different location, that’s not too bad except for late night flight

The kids really enjoyed the trampoline!!

1) Instructions to pick up key should be in coordinates and not directions. 2) You expect too much for cleaning! Clean windows, remove cob webs, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc...... 3) No quality control - I found a used tissue in the bunk bed and balloons between the plates! By the way I didn't remove them. 4) Sofa and chairs were all stained! 5) Very few TV stations, couldn't at least find a cartoons channel available! 6) Finding the water meter was a nightmare - please update the instructions book. 7) I don't think that who is renting should take the used linen to the supermarket on departure! I wonder what the owner does because you have to pick up the key and the linen, clean up everywhere, pay for electricity and water, return key and used linen back so as the instructions imply......the home should be left ready for the next one. 8) Using 62 units of electricity for 4 days, considering that we used the house for an hour in the morning and few hours in the evening, I think is too much. No heaters were used. Maybe you should indicate were the water boiler supply is so it could be switched off when not in use. 9) The bunk beds are too tight.....claustrophobia!

Badewanne ist defekt, sie lässt sich nicht automatisch befüllen. Beim automatischen Füllvorgang läuft das Wasser unter der Wanne ins Badezimmer. Beim manuellen Befüllen der Wanne lässt sich die Wanne nicht richtig verschließen, nach einigen Minuten ist die Wanne trotz geschlossenen Stöpsel also wieder leer und das Badezimmer steht wieder unter Wasser. Bei den Nebenkostenpreisen ein Unding. Ich habe zweimal mit Dancenter telefoniert und das Problem geschildert. Mir wurde zweimal ein Techniker zugesagt, gekommen ist niemand. Der Whirlpool war eigentlich das, worauf wir uns gefreut hatten.
