About this house rental
Large and charming holiday house in the small community of Verrastranda. The house is located in a peaceful environment by the owner's own house, and has a panoramic view of the fjord and the scenery surrounding it. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the silence and the spectacular view. 175 metres to the fjord, which is rich with fish and known for having cod. A roadway leads down to the fjord and you can park your car 4 metres from the dock. Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with benches and tables by the dock. A 14,5 ft boat with 8 hp motor and life jackets is included in the rent. Rent a 15 ft boat with 10 hp motor and life jackets, NOK 200 per day. Rent an extra 14 ft boat with 25 hp motor and life jackets NOK 300 per day. THE BOATS ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST. The house is charmingly decorated and has 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor. After exciting days on the water, you can snuggle up in front of the fire place. There are several hiking trails and fishing lakes - remember to buy a fishing license. The area is known for its rich wildife and birdlife. You can also go berry picking. This is a great starting point for day excursions around Trondheimsfjorden. Steinkjer is 1 hour away and Trondheim is 2 hours. Satellite dish with many German channels. Internet with limited capacity. Heated floors on the ground floor, in the ktichen, hallway and bathrooms.

We had an amazing time at the holiday home in Follafoss! The view of the fjord from the porch was simply stunning, and we spent hours just soaking it in, The house was spacious enough for our group of ten, and the kids loved the garden area, Definitely a place we'd return to,

This place is a whole vibe, The fjord view hits different, and chilling on the porch with a book was pure bliss, The house had everything we needed and was super cozy, The boat rentals were a major plus for some fun on the water, Definitely coming back!

A lovely holiday home that offers a perfect mix of tranquility and adventure, We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the heated floors, which were a nice touch, The area around the house has some great hiking trails, and we even spotted some wildlife, Would definitely come back for another family trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home! The peaceful surroundings were perfect for our family getaway, The kids loved fishing in the fjord while we enjoyed the stunning views from the porch, The house had all the amenities we needed and was spacious enough for everyone, Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!
