The house contains a living room in open connection with the kitchen, four bedrooms, loft, bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and whirlpool, guest toilet and entrance hall with washbasin. The house is decorated with modern furniture in Danish style and matching decoration. There is unique light and absolutely optimal decor. There are 13 m & # 178; covered terrace and large open terrace area. Part of the south / west facing terrace is equipped with glass, so it is possible to enjoy the view and at the same time be in the sun and sheltered from the westerly wind. The plot is an open, level natural plot. Swings and a sandbox have been set up for the children. The house is equipped with air / air heat pump, so small heating costs can be expected. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
