10 person holiday home in Løkken-By Traum

Bright and spacious holiday cottage at the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby. The house has a large living room in open concept with the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine, activity room and bathroom with a lowered whirlpool and sauna. The activity room has table tennis, PlayStation3 and billiards. Both the living room and activity room have TV, DVD player and limitless internet. The mezzanine has a small TV but this TV does not have satellite access. The 4 bedrooms are located 2 and 2 in either end of the house, making the layout suitable for 2 families sharing. There are wood-burning stove and air-to-air heat pump. The large windows let in a lot of natural heat and light and make the house comfortable. Modern and tasteful furnishings of high quality with emphasis on relaxation. Large, open natural plot with good opportunities for ball games and sunbathing or cosy barbecues. Small covered and large open terrace. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
