About this villa rental
This stunning 10+ Bedroom sea-view villa is the largest villa in the area at over 20000sq ft of living area, with the space and facilities for entertaining on a grand scale. Perfect for extended families, small conventions, groups of friends, weddings, borthdays, bachelor / hen partie or for opulent spacious living for smaller groups. Villa Surin is set amongst tropical gardens in a gated community, close to the Amanpuri and Twin Palms hotels, and in one of the most sought after areas of Phuket's west coast. Villa Surin is nestled amongst the trees on a small hill overlooking the beaches of Bangtao, Surin and Layan and the jungles of Thalang.
The upmarket Surin Beach is 400 metres from the villa and is supported by a complimentary shuttle service. Nearby our guests can enjoy membership privileges at newly opened Catch Beach Club and Cafe Del Mar for F&B discounts and complimentary daybeds.
This spectacular private residence of a Hollywood actor is finished with high quality natural stones and hardwood. It features Thai antiques and Asian objets d'art combined with all the benefits of modern amenities such as integrated air-conditioning, wireless hi speed internet throughout, and 2000 Channel IPTV including English Language, Premier League, Chinese, Indian and Thai TV, video arcade game, internet TV, Premium Netflix, Premium spotify, computerised sound and lighting with Premium Spotify streaming.
The villa has 5 spacious 50m2+ bedroom suites with king-sized beds. A further 2, 25m2 suites on the East Wing with 2 twin beds in each. A dormitory / cinema room 100in screen with 3 single beds and one king sized bed and 2 further queen sized bedrooms with a shared living area and bathroom. The living room can also be adapted as a 4 bedroom bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
The villa's principal terrace surrounds a 75m2 pool and a large sala with a sunken table - comfortably seating 20 people - suitable for outdoor meals, a poolside surf 'n turf BBQ or a sunset massage. A covered open living area set at garden level overlooks a landscaped tropical garden with a 6m high waterfall, a bar lounge, parrot aviary, billiards table, table football, table tennis and an 25m2 pitch and putt green.
The villa further boasts arguably the best private villa gym on the island, featuring a functional trainer, free weights and cardio equipment.
The upper living area's have a banquet hall adjacent to the guest kitchen and a Mah Jong table and an Sino-Imperial lounge with hand carved statues and a huge 86in smart TV.
The villa comes with a minimum of 4 staff on duty for 9hr shifts (additional hours or live-in option available at a supplement) giving guests complete flexibility, freedom and convenience. Daily breakfast options are available at local prices.
Our concierge will arrange transport or a full time chauffeur can be arranged for a set day rate. The 500m long Surin beach strip, just a few minutes from the villa, is home to many excellent restaurants offering both local and international cuisine and a perfect venue for beach side casual meals throughout the day or evening.
Should guests desire to eat-in, the villa has its own in-villa menu and, for special occasions, a banquet chef is available (at additional charge) for both lunches and dinners. Alternatively, the villa has made arrangements with a number of recommended local restaurants to provide a varied choice of snacks, refreshments and meals. The recently extended dining room can now seat 30 guests. For more formal dining, the property is optimally positioned a short distance from some of the finest restaurants on the island. The Amanpuri and Oriental Spoon are within a 5 minutes drive and the Banyan Tree is just 15 minutes away.
Complimentary purified drinking water and bathroom amenities are supplied for our dining guests, with the staff available to shop for guests during their stay (subject to service charge) and a fully equipped western kitchen is at the guests' disposal for self-catering.
For convenience a self service fully stocked fridge and freezer bar is provided, with consumed products settled at check out.
Transport outside the locality can be provided by the villas recommended drivers subject to local rates. The villa can also provide motor scooter rentals delivered and collected at the villa for guests convenience.
One complimentary airport collection will be provided for 3 day or longer reservations and for the duration of your stay the villa manager will be on 24hr call for organising transport, meals, massages and spa services, tour bookings and for general island advice.

Villa Surin is a beautiful home with a fantastic view. The villa had more than plenty of space for our group of 18. Anteo was a great host who was very accomodating with every request we had. He was very proactive to ensure meals, transport & even decorations were sorted for our stay.

We Had the pleasure of staying in Anteo’s Villa for two nights and it was wonderful, we were a large group of 20 or so. We had pretty high expectations but it was better than we could have expected, I think the online representation doesn’t do it justice. Great host, great property, highly recommend!

I had the fortune of staying at this villa in Surin Beach for a week this past month with 17 friends, and it was nothing short of incredible. This home (? compound? fortress?) is even more amazing than the pictures make it look. The host, Anteo, was extremely helpful in setting up some meals and trips for our group. All in all, I could not have imagined a better venue for a group trip like this.

What a fantastic villa!!! Highly recommend booking if travelling with a big group or family. The pool and the view is amazing. In case of rain, there is more than enough to do in the games room. Food was great and the manager super helpful! Would definitely book again!
