5BR Pool Villa with 20m Private Pool near Laguna Phuket - Trinity Villa by Warm Plus

Everything in the villa was brand new. The place is very pleasant, clean and well designed. There’s a nice BBQ area, and all the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and luxurious.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. Basic amenities such as washing and cleaning equipment were provided, and overall hygiene standards were good. The beds and towels were clean and had a pleasant smell, which made the stay comfortable.

There were several issues with transparency and communication. We were required to pay a cash deposit of 20,000 Thai Baht, which was not clearly communicated in advance. This is a significant amount, and guests should be informed beforehand to prepare accordingly. Additionally, the property does not accept credit card payments. There were also extra charges, such as electricity bills, that were not stated on the booking platform and had to be paid in cash. The staff were not very responsive or helpful. Communication through the app was limited, and assistance was difficult to obtain when needed. The check-in and check-out process was handled more like a basic handover rather than a welcoming guest experience. Another concern was that some aspects of the property did not match the listing. The photos provided were misleading. One of the rooms did not have hot water, and did not look like another of the other rooms, which was only disclosed after we arrived and asked. This room was not part of the villa, it was a standalone room with no door lock. The security system was concerning. This room also lacked the amenities stated in the listing and appeared more like a spare or staff room rather than a proper guest room. This was disappointing, especially as we were travelling as a family and had to decide who would take that room.
