Extended patio is south facing so you will get lots of sun, and has a gas BBQ. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large 42" flat screen TV. Kitchen has been updated and has all new appliances. Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, 42" flat screen TV, has a walk in closet and private bath. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 25" flat screen TV. This condo is old but well kept and clean. It is on a greenbelt and near the pool which we loved.

Ice maker did not work - faucet in guest bathroom leaks - shower valve in guest bathroom installed backward - hot on right - both faucets in bathrooms need to be upgraded - shower head extensions need to be installed in both bathrooms.
