If you want stay where your close to pool can walk club house and play golf and pickleball then this place

We really enjoyed this property overall. The area was very quiet with the exception of the fairly frequent incoming golf balls landing on the roof, slamming into the garage door, and/or bombarding the front door. One of them even shattered the car windshield of a guest of ours. We also felt like the kitchen was missing a few key pieces for our every day needs, things like a salad spinner, tongs, more teaspoons, dish drying mat, etc. There was also way too much glassware in the cupboards, which meant that there was no space for storing food. We especially appreciated the greenbelt between the patio and the pool, and we enjoyed having the pool so close. We were disappointed that we were not allowed the use of the TV's on demand feature, especially since the DVD player in the unit did not work. In general, though, we had a very positive experience and will return to the Palm Desert Resort Country Club again although not to this unit.

We enjoyed the location of the condo. Inside the condo we liked the two large bedrooms and bathrooms, it was quiet and enjoyed the green belt and the patio.
The condo does need some updating. The linens and towels were old and very tattered. The kitchen did not have adequate storage for food. The kitchen needed to have some TLC, organization of dishes and glasses. The refrigerator was not balanced and the handle was broken. It seemed to me that things were just brought in from previous places. The clothes washer was new but the dryer was very old. Other things just to make it more accommodating for the amount we paid, better cleaning there was dust on the lamps and tables, and the bed frame needed to be dusted. Just needs as I said before TLC.
