Take a swing at the nearby Golf Club of Estrella, explore the trails of Estrella Mountain Regional Park, or take a day trip into downtown! Easy day trip to Sedona or Tortilla Flats. Goodyear Spring training field 5 minutes away. Phoenix International Raceway 10 minutes. Great location near Phoenix.

Many activities to keep busy in the west valley during your vacation. Cactus League spring training. 10 Spring training parks in the Phoenix area to choose from. Goodyear Ballpark is 5 miles from our house. Phoenix International raceway is 8 miles from the house and hosts Nascar every November. There is also the NBA Phoenix Suns, NFL Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes if interested.
Kid attractions: Phoenix Zoo, Butterfly Wonderland, Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield park and the Botanical Gardens are popular places to take the kids.
Golf enthusiasts: Golf Club of Estrella, a Nicklaus Design golf course and Troon managed facility, offers a truly incredible golfing experience for golfers of all abilities.
There are hiking & biking trails near by, we have 2 Schwinn mountain bikes for you to use. There are Tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and more.
Walk around the two lakes or visit the Marina. There is an abundance of activities in our community. There are a few restaurants here for dining needs. We also have a grocery store and pharmacy within a mile of our home.
Oasis backyard with sparkling pool and trickling waterfall. Just relax in the covered patio overlooking the pool. Plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen has everything a cook or baker would want to create a great meal. Would you rather BBQ? We also have one by the pool.
The master bedroom features a king bed in modern design a big window with view to the pool and a 43" LED smart tv. The master bathroom comes with double sinks, shower and soaking tub. You will have plenty of towels. Included are 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.Attached to the master bedroom is a large walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 comes twin beds and is furnished in a modern design.
You will have a bathroom right outside your door with a brand new tiled shower. Plenty of counter space and storage. You will have plenty of towels. Included are 6 bath towels, 6 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Bedroom 3 comes with a queen bed. The shared bathroom is just down the hall.
The kitchen is equipped with top of the line brand new Stainless appliances includes a glass cook top with oven, french door fridge /freezer with ice and water in the door and dishwasher. RO water filter eliminates the need for bottled water. You also have a large island to prepare your meals or as a gathering place for the whole family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, pots and pans etc.
The dining area is equipped with a beautiful dining table. The island has two barstools for add extra seating.
The living area features a window with a view to the pool and patio. You can enjoy a nice evening watching movies using the 55 inch smart LED TV. You can choose from over 200 channels.You can also surf the internet using the smart TV or watch DVD's using the connected blue ray player.
After a long day enjoy a good meal on the patio with ceiling fan, furniture seating for 6 people and dining table for 4. Listen to the doves, pool fountain and palm trees blowing in the breeze. After all it is an Oasis.....

This home is everything we hoped for and muchmuch more!Penny and Roy are outstanding hosts. They were easy to communicate with and they responded quickly if we had questions.The home is absolutely beautiful! It is equipped with everything you need. The propery is very inviting and comfortable. We have never had a more equipped property. The area is wonderful for morning walks and pleasant evenings on the patio. Plus plus in our book.

What a fabulous place! We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this definitely ranks as one of the best. Incredibly clean and comfortable, so well stocked with everything you could need, and Penny was super responsive, helpful and accommodating. We hope to come back!

My husband and I stayed for two weeks. Close proximity to the Ballpark and Phoenix Raceway. The home really made our vacation. Clean and spacious, beautiful heated pool. Well equipped kitchen and everything labeled for easy findings lol. Penny is a Super Host.
