We stayed three nights in this lovely home in Goodyear as we wanted to experience spring training. The home is beautiful and well equipped. It is in a lively neighborhood and was a convenient location. The back yard was a great place to enjoy the morning sun. I would definitely stay in this home again.

The only issue I had was the house was advertised as having a heated pool. What it didn’t say until some fine print came after I had already booked it is that we had to pay a certain amount extra for the pool to be heated. That wasn’t too big of a deal but when I reached out to the person who was supposed to be my point of contact, I never received any type of response from them addressing my concerns. Other than that the house was great, lots of room to relax. Also had very easy access to Safeway and the Phoenix raceway. We will definitely be returning and hopefully next time we will be able to use the heated pool.

Spacious and comfortable. Had an issue upon my arrival but it was quickly solved. The pool was clean and so was everything else. Only issue was the washing machine doesn’t want to fully drain and spin. Was a bit of a chore to do laundry. No big deal, but should be noted for the owner.
