Free parking in front of the house. AC in every room. Clean, spacious apartment. Sun umbrella for the beach to use. Water in the fridge and coffee. Bus stop near the house

Beach across the street was not so good, although expensive (pair of sun beds and umbrella 50 eur per day).The nearest shop 500-600 m away, down the narrow road. There is a walking trail to Taormina, but only if you are in good shape and wearing sports shoes

Great property. Apartment is fully aircondioned (including the living area and the 2 bedrooms) & very clean. Everything is modern, highly recommended

a very minor upgrade could be the coffee machine, that was leaking water.

Mieszkanie przestronne, przy samym przystanku autobusowym i kolejowym i to na pewno największy plus. Czysto, kuchnia wyposażona, właściciel bezproblemowy i sympatyczny zgodził się na wcześniejsze godziny przyjazdu. Ładnie urządzone mieszkanie, klimatyzacja działa w każdym pokoju.

Największy minus jest taki, że obok nie ma żadnego sklepu, kawiarni, restauracji. Najbliższy sklep na pieszo ok 25 minut szybkim spacerem. Plaża przy mieszkaniu to nie plaża, tylko wysypisko śmieci, ale to też nie wina właściciela, ale warto o tym wiedzieć. Do najbliższej plaży ok 20 min spaceru w Giardini Naxos. W mieszkaniu bardzo, bardzo głośno przez dźwięki ulicy. Zdecyowanie lepiej wybrać droge autobusem do centrum Taorminy, na pieszo ścieżką przy mieszkaniu jest bardzo niebezpiecznie i wymagająco.

The room condition is good and is as described.

There’s no self check in when the host doesn’t live nearby. This created inconvenience to both us and the host I believe. We were required to provide the exact time of arrival when we were in transit from one city to Taormina, so was quite stressful receiving the message from the host asking about where we were. And the last message before we arrive wasn’t nice to read. 2)Truly, I would suggest to have a password system for the door instead of just the physical key. I left a few message to the host when I thought I lost the key at one evening (which is totally my bad and found it a few hours later) and my messages were only read by the host the following morning. So I could have stayed overnight in my car for a whole evening! To avoid this happening, there should have a better way of dealing with emergency situation.
