The Property was new and nice and clean. It looks like the photos.
The food quality was very good for an all inclusive. Particularly the dinner restaurant options.
The service was good and it was great value for money.
An excellent place for families. The kids loved the slides and kids club.
Hotel guests are second class citizens at the main pool. The majority of sun beds at the main pool are reserved for timeshare guests. They use the hotel pool instead of their own pool. Very few sunbeds are left for hotel guests. I had to go to the pool at 7am just to get a spot for the family (and front row wasn’t an option for hotel guests.
The location is very isolated. 30 mins drive from the main town and a USD $47 cab ride (uber is not allowed to pick guests up). The location is also quite exposed to wind as it is on an unstable ran beach.

seem very nice, everything close in distance so u can walk every where easily.very well kept and maintenance, foods are super good,
i wish the arcade for kids bigger with more games for them ,very small and basic arcade.
my 16 year old boy got a lot of bug bites, he was the only one that slept on sofa bed, they checked but no bug had been found,we went swimming together did everything together but he was the only one who got it badly so i assume that should be the only reason.i didnt wanna spend over 200$ on dr check up since i was checking out next day.
beside that,One of the girl work at the coffee shop showed very strong and rude attitude when i got a coffee and didnt tip her because i forgot to bring any, usually i do, but tipping shows appreciation not a must so i was not impress with that, i wish i remember her name, i saw her couple times and its always that kinda attitude while all the other ones very polite and humble

The hotel was nice
I didn’t like the staff they were trying to make you go to some 90 minute meeting and promising you all this free stuff and don’t give you anything they just wanted money it’s felt like a scam and rip off
