The Property was new and nice and clean. It looks like the photos. The food quality was very good for an all inclusive. Particularly the dinner restaurant options. The service was good and it was great value for money. An excellent place for families. The kids loved the slides and kids club.
Hotel guests are second class citizens at the main pool. The majority of sun beds at the main pool are reserved for timeshare guests. They use the hotel pool instead of their own pool. Very few sunbeds are left for hotel guests. I had to go to the pool at 7am just to get a spot for the family (and front row wasn’t an option for hotel guests. The location is very isolated. 30 mins drive from the main town and a USD $47 cab ride (uber is not allowed to pick guests up). The location is also quite exposed to wind as it is on an unstable ran beach.

The hotel was nice
I didn’t like the staff they were trying to make you go to some 90 minute meeting and promising you all this free stuff and don’t give you anything they just wanted money it’s felt like a scam and rip off
