Zoetry is not just your average all - inclusive resort! Zoetry is an “experience”— it is like coming home but also being treated like you are the most important person in the room— every staff member acknowledges you with a warm welcome and learns your name!
From check in to check out— amazing!
Attention to detail and meeting/ anticipating your needs.
Several staff stood out (though all were above and beyond)— the Sommelier Ronaldo took such good care of us with personal touches and recommendations - his passion for the story behind every bottle of wine adds a depth of experience beyond any other!
Zarel P. from room service went above and beyond — he went out of his way to take care of us!
But Daniel treated us like family! He really made our trip special!

We had brought our dog with us on this trip. Us together spent a great Christmas time together at Zoetry. The staffs were very friendly, place was huge and clean. Place was actually not crowded so we enjoyed a lot tho we paid a lot during the stay but it was holiday season so it made sense? They had brought a dog bed, dog beach towel and bottle of water on the check in day, it was really sweet. Mexico is really a dog friendly country, lovely!
The food...
We both think Zoetry is a great resort to stay, except the food. If they could make the food better I am sure it will draw more tourists to stay here.

Location on the beach. All included food and all beverages.
There were condo sales ppl hanging around the resort everyday. Spa services were ridiculously expensive.
