Apartament w super lokalizacji. Blisko dworzec PKP, sklepy, muzea, foodhall. Widok z 15 piętra na miasto robi ogromne wrażenie.

The view, underground parking.
Apartment is good in general, but trash room is underground inside the building. Therefore you can feel the bad smell on the first floor near the elevators. Also we have seen a fee cocroaches in elevator and one in the apartment. There were not enough bed sheets for four persons upon arrival, but these were provided next day.

Perfect location, great communication. Apartment has all the equipment - even umbrella ;)
Apartment needs "cosmetic repair" - bathroom faucet broken, shower broken, light switches not attached. Had to clean the sand from the sofa ourselves. But there were vacuum cleaner, so no problem :D

Skvělá lokalita, výhled z oken na město a parkování v garážích
Zanedbaný úklid, nedostatečně vybavený byt (absence úklidových a hygienických prostředků, absence mopu na vytření, atd.), poškozená sprcha, pavučiny a prach v apartmánu, nečistá podlaha už při příjezdu, málo vybavená kuchyň, špinavá sedačka, příliš měkká matrace na posteli (jako trampolína...).
