Muy bien situado,cerca del centro pero apartado del bullicio.
De madrugada se oye mucho la puerta del garaje, molesta mucho si estás en el sofá cama. Es un apartamento con poca luz.

Klimaanlage, es gab einen Strandschirm
Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr dunkel, im Schlafzimmer nur minimaler Lichteinfall. Terrasse sehr laut, da sie direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße lag, sperriges und wackeliges Terrassenmobiliar. Der Zugang zur EG-Wohnung erfolgte durch eine Extratür im Hausflur, war abgeschieden und gruselig. Ebenso war Dante, der den Checkin durchführte, wenig sympathisch.
