Heerlijke vakantie in Zuid-Limburg!

Het huisje was tiptop in orde, schoon en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het meest hartelijke ontvangst dat ik ooit heb gehad met een heerlijke Limburgse vlaai! Vanuit het huis diverse wandel, fietsroutes en bezienswaardigheden.

Eigenlijk niets. Tip: horren voor de ramen zodat je met warm weer met de ramen open kan slapen zonder muggen in je kamer 😊

Fantastisch

Aan werkelijk alles was gedacht – van koffiebonen en vaatwastabletten tot een versgebakken Limburgse vlaai en een kannetje verse melk dat klaarstond bij aankomst. Zo konden we meteen genieten van een heerlijke cappuccino met vlaai. De eigenaar heette ons persoonlijk welkom en deelde met enthousiasme de geschiedenis van het huis. De bedden waren opgemaakt, het huis tot in de puntjes verzorgd, en hij gaf ons bovendien waardevolle tips over wat er in de omgeving te doen is. Een warm en compleet welkom.

Mooi appartement op een top locatie met warm ontvangst.

De ligging van het appartement tov wandelpaden en horeca is perfect!! Het appartement ligt aan de wandelpaden, naast goede horeca gelegenheden. Er is goede prive parkeergelegenheid en we hadeden een hele warme ontvangst door de eigenaar en zijn vrouw. De kaarsjes brandden, er. stond een heerlijke LImburgse vlaai op ons te wachten, aan een gedekte tafel. Geweldig!!! Zelfs koffie/thee/melk/likeurtje van het huis stond om onbeperkt van te gebruiken klaargezet.

We hadden het helemaal top gevonden, als er een toilet op de begane grond was geweest. Toilet was op de eerste verdieping, in de badkamer.

de ligging en het uitzicht op de tuin, keuken was erg goed voorzien en fijn koffiezetapparaat voor heerlijke koffie

vond de banken niet comfortabel en het is binnen vrij donker. beter (verdeelde) verlichting zou echt een verbetering zijn,

Prima huisje om de mooie omgeving te ontdekken

Het huisje ligt in een sfeervolle omgeving met een wandelpad en restaurants voor de deur. De ontvangst door host Rob was hartelijk met thee en vlaai en iets lekkers voor de hond, dit was een warm welkom en een positieve ervaring. De bedden zijn goed, voldoende handdoeken in de moderne badkamer met o.a. een heerlijke jacuzzi. Het enige toilet in het huisje is op de badkamer, dit gaf wat ongemak. Het huisje wordt geschikt geacht voor 6 personen, maar wij vonden met name de ruimte beneden echt te klein voor een comfortabele bewoning door 6 volwassenen. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in het kookgedeelte is het een beetje manoeuvreren. Een paar (meng)kommen en/of bakjes in de keuken zouden handig zijn. De schimmel op de muren bij de ramen in de slaapkamers is een punt van aandacht en wellicht zouden in het zitgedeelte de banken met scheuren kunnen worden vervangen. Vooraf was er helaas onduidelijke communicatie vanuit drie verschillende partijen (wij hadden geboekt bij Booking, maar kregen berichten en informatie via Belvilla en via de host). Dit leidde tot verwarring over de reservering en bijkomende vooruit betaalde kosten die niet specifiek in de toegestuurde informatie stonden vermeld. De kosten voor onze hond zijn bij aankomst daarentegen niet in rekening gebracht. Al met al hebben wij een paar heerlijke dagen gehad en genoten van het mooie landschap rondom en de heerlijke Zuid-Limburgse gastvrijheid.
