The location is very convenient for those who want to explore Apulia by car – the property is about a 30‑minute drive from Bari’s center. The entire estate is fenced, which gives a sense of privacy and security. The room is spacious, modern, and comfortable, while the large garden shows clear care and attention. Even without sightseeing, staying here offers peace and a place to recharge. A special highlight is that the sea is right across the entrance to the property – perfect for a morning walk or a quiet moment by the shore. Breakfast is a classic Italian spread, with cold cuts and excellent artisanal croissants that were a real treat. I would especially like to thank the host, Manu – very kind and helpful, yet never intrusive. Despite my late arrival, he went out of his way to accommodate my check‑in, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the stay was pleasant and relaxing, with a genuine sense that guests are well cared for.

Location was facing the sea and quite beautiful . Atmosphere was peaceful and serene. Rooms were big, clean and had all required facilities. Breakfast was adequate. A special mention of the hosts - Emmanuele and his wife. They were truly incredible in providing us all assistance and going out of their way to keep us comfortable.
