We just wanted a little get away in split, and with this place there was a pool that was chill, neat restaurants and the

The apartment was great. A small kitchen with a fridge and cooker. I never used it but it was there. The rooms had A/C which I used occasionally as I don’t mind the heat. The bathroom and bedroom was clean.
The property is in an area where there is a lot of development and construction. I believe the beach Znjan was only opened in June 2025. There are not nice views at the moment however In a few years this place will be ready as another hotspot for Split. One pillow and a single duvet for a kingsize bed don’t go down too well. Just as well I was alone if my wife was with me it would have been a different story

Persone super disponibili e molto gentili, struttura stupenda anche se non era in pieno splendore visto il periodo d'inverno....ma comunque da consigliare....mi sono sentito super coccolato e come a casa....una meraviglia...grazie alla signora che mi ha accolto e il signore molto educato e a modo ....veramente solo belle cose....

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!
Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war sehr gut gepflegt ebenso das Außengelände. Die Klimaanlage läuft super, wer es braucht, hat auch sehr gut funktionierendes WLAN. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Strand läuft man 3 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Innenstadt von Split oder ca. 30 min zur Festung Klis gefahren. Es war eine wundervolle Unterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

De locatie was perfect. Op loopafstand van het strand en het zwembad hadden we helemaal voor onszelf. Het gebied is in ontwikkeling. Dat zie je aan de lege kavels en toegangswegen en appartementen die volop in aanbouw zijn. De boulevard is compleet vernieuwd met allerlei voorzieningen zoals beachvolleybal en basketbal veld, skateboard baan, bij het strand voldoende schaduw ruimte, kluisjes en douches, mooi waterpark voor de kids en soort duikplank om in zee te springen. De eerste restaurants/cafes waren net open waar wij diverse malen heerlijk hebben geborreld en gegeten. Volgend jaar wordt er ook nog een nightclub geopend. Kortom in de toekomst wordt dit echt “ The place to be”…..wij komen zeker terug bij deze accommodatie.

Television kanavien haun kanssa akuutteja ongelmia. Alueella vähän palveluja,mutta juuri rakennettiin paljon baari terassi kahvila alueita. Vuoden sisällä varmasti kaikki palvelut lähellä
